The Vegan Shop Return & Refund Policy

At The Vegan Shop, we want you to love every product you receive. Because many of our items are fulfilled through third-party dropshipping partners, our return process is slightly different depending on the product type and supplier. Please read carefully below.
1. Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theveganshop.us with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, or dislike of scent/texture.
However, we make exceptions for:

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect items received
In these cases, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as they are automatically sent to our suppliers for fulfillment. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after confirmation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Skincare, beauty, or wellness products once opened

Supplements, teas, or ingestible items

Sale or clearance items
6. Shipping Delays
Our suppliers work globally to reduce environmental impact and cost. Shipping times vary between 7–21 business days depending on the product. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before contacting us.
